Two punks, members of the "Skabz", a local street gang in the North Side of Steele City. They were sent by their leader, Acid, to find Kyle and get money that was owed to the the gang boss.
They happened to catch Kyle as he was leaving for Shaddow Falls.
Slik (the larger of the two,) is all muscle but no brains. Lowko on the other hand, is a bit more quick-witted, and clearly the loud-mouth of the two.
As quoted by Kyle, they are collectively, the "epitome of stupid." Although not very bright, they are extremely loyal to the Skabz, and will do whatever is asked of them by the boss.

Skuzz
Age: Unknown
Height: 5'9''
Weight: Unknown
City: Shaddow Falls
Weapon/s Of Choice: None
Skuzz is the quiet storm of the crew—small, wiry, and perpetually buried in his sketchbook, but don’t let his unassuming nature fool you. A sharp mind hides behind those shaggy bangs, and when push comes to shove, he's got a deadeye aim with his slingshot, able to drop a beast twice his size with a well-placed silver shot. An artist at heart but a survivor by necessity, Skuzz doesn’t say much, but when he does, it’s worth listening to. Whether he’s sketching the madness around him or standing his ground in a fight, there’s more to this kid than meets the eye.
